The conference will take place at Quality Hotel Sveitsi. The hotel is situated in Southern Finland close to the Road E12 and the center of Hyvinkää.
There are several ways to get to the Hotel from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. You can rent a car at the airport, use public transport or take a taxi.
Using public transport, the journey takes about 1,5 hours. From the airport you have to take a local train (train P) to Tikkurila (in Vantaa area) and there change to another train (train R) to Hyvinkää. From the Hyvinkää railway station to the hotel you can take a taxi, local bus or even walk, the distance from the railway station to the hotel is about 1,5 km.
By taxi the whole journey from Helsinki-Vantaa airport to the hotel takes about 40 minutes (distance is 50km) and can cost around 100-130 €.
On Thursday May 8th we will arrange a return transfer by bus from the hotel via Hyvinkää railway station to Helsinki-Vantaa airport. You must book a seat for this transfer, according to the instructions of the conference organisers.
