Speaker submission information

The Program Committee for the NORDEFCO ADL Conference 2027 invites proposals for presentations and workshops that share practical examples, experiences, and insights within the following areas:

- AI & Emerging Technology
- Learning Design & Pedagogy
- Digital Transformation & Leadership
- Implementation, Security & Governance
- Lessons Learned & Operational Practice

Where relevant, presenters are encouraged to structure their contributions around:
Problem → Solution → Implementation → Results → Lessons Learned

Submission (Workshops and parallel sessions)

The Program Committee values sessions that turn ideas into practice. We particularly welcome interactive and hands-on sessions that actively involve participants and demonstrate what actually works in practice.

We encourage workshops that:
- Provide hands-on activities, exercises, or demonstrations
- Present real-world cases from operational or organisational settings
- Share documented results, lessons learned, and practical experience
- Demonstrate best practices that participants can transfer to their own organisations
- Move beyond describing technological potential to show how solutions are implemented and used in practice

Show us what works – and let participants experience it.

Workshops selected for a 40-minute format will be delivered twice, allowing different groups of participants to take part.
