NORDIC DEFENCE FORCES WELCOMES YOU TO THE 14^th ANNUAL ADL CONFERENCE APRIL 20^th – 23^rd 2026

Dear colleagues and professionals of ADL

It is our pleasure to invite you to the 14th annual NORDEFCO ADL conference in Denmark. 

The conference has grown to a joint Nordic ADL event with international attendees and speakers.

In the spirit of the Nordic cooperation, the NORDEFCO ADL Forum of Experts has decided to make this conference a roving event. The conference will be organized by Denmark in 2026 followed by Norway in 2027.

The main concept of the conference will be more or less the same as in previous years with some variation regarding the topics in focus for speeches and workshops.

The conference will take place in Odense Congress Center situated on the southeastern outskirts of Odense. 

There are several ways to get to Odense Congress Center from the airport in Copenhagen. You can rent a car at the airport, use public transport or take a taxi.

Using public transport, the journey takes about 2,5 hours by train. From the airport in Copenhagen you have to take the ICL train to Odense railway station and there change to a local train (Odense Light Rail) to Bilka (10 stops).  From the Bilka to the Odense Congress Center and the hotel you can take a taxi, local bus or even walk, the distance from Bilka to the hotel is about 1,5 km.

The conference fee will include accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all conference services.

Submision for speakers will open October 31^st 2025 and registration for participants will open  the same day.

The final program will be published on January 26^th 2026.

• The conference fee 2026 = 1010€
• Price extra per night = 150€
• Exhibitors and Danish Defence Force members who attend only day events (lunch only, no accommodation) = 150€

All costs, accommodation and conference fee, are included in the above amount and must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out.
